The organisers of the BetBoom Streamers Battle Dota 2 tournament have announced the new season of their series. The seventh season of the championship will take place from 12 to 18 August. This information was shared on the tournament's social media channels.
Eight teams will participate in the event. The captains of the teams will be Yaroslav 'NS' Kuznetsov, Alexander 'Nix' Levin, Oleg 'stray228' Bochkov, Fyodor 'ybicanoooobov' Yurchenko, Zaur 'Cooman' Shakhmurzaev, Timur 'TpaBoMaH' Khafizov, Alexander 'GoodWin' Salikhzyanov, and Jan 'Gorgc' Stefanski. The rosters for the teams have not yet been announced.
The group stage of the tournament will run from 12 to 15 August, with the playoffs scheduled for 16 to 18 August. The prize pool for the event will be ₽3 million, and the Most Valuable Player will receive ₽300,000.
The previous tournament in the series, BetBoom Streamers Battle 6, took place from 22 to 28 April, with Team TpaBoMaH emerging as the winner.
