BOOM Esports has announced the completion of their Dota 2 roster. The team has added three players and a coach, with the official announcement made on their social media channels.
The new additions to the roster are Daniel "Ghost" Chan, Mac "McNicholson" Villanueva, and Jardel "DJ" Jico Mampusti. It has been noted that Chan and Villanueva will be on trial during the qualifiers for the BetBoom Dacha Dota 2 2024 tournament. Additionally, Chai "Mushi" Yo Fun has returned to the team as a coach, having previously worked with BOOM Esports from 2021 to 2023.
The previous roster, which included David "Parker" Niho Flores and Gonzalo "Darkmago" Herrera, was formed in July 2024 and left the organisation a month later. The team competed in the Elite League Season 2, where they finished in third place and earned $72,000.
