Esports player Alejandro 'Cara' Guzmán Mendoza has been appointed as the coach for the Peruvian team FUSION. The club announced this on their social media account on X.

FUSION is currently competing in two tournaments: RES Regional Series: LATAM #4 and EPL World Series: America Season 13. In the latter, the team has advanced to the upper quarter-finals.
Before joining FUSION, Cara had not held a coaching role. He previously represented Ravens and EgoBoys.
