A new bug has been discovered in Dota 2 that can crash the server, requiring only Mirana with Aghanim's Scepter and Eul's Scepter of Divinity.
To reproduce the bug, you need to get close to the enemy and launch a Sacred Arrow at them. Before Starstorm activates, you must use Eul's Scepter of Divinity on the enemy. If done correctly before the Starstorm animation triggers, the server will crash.
In one of the recent mini-patches, Dota 2 developers set a new start date for Act IV of the storyline event "The Fallen Crown" in the game client.
