Clockwerk
- Hookshot: Now restores 75% of the mana spent on the ability when hitting an ally. Instead of a barrier, it now provides +15/20/25 armour to both the owner and the ally.
Dark Seer
- Normal Punch: Maximum damage reduced from 450 to 400.
Dark Willow
- Throwing Shade: Shadow Realm aura radius increased from 600 to 700.
Death Prophet
- Suppress: Silence movement slowly increased from 15/20/25/30% to 20/24/28/32%.
- Spirit Collector: Exorcism hero damage increased from 84–90/92–98/100–106 to 88–94/96–102/104–110.
Elder Titan
- Momentum: Reduction in base attack speed increased from 75 to 85.
Ember Spirit
- Immolation: The negative effect causing periodic damage now disappears immediately. Damage per second reduced from 10/20/30/40 to 10/18/26/34.
- Sleight of Fist: Cooldown increased from 12/10/8/6 to 13/11/9/7 seconds.

- Go Nuts: Scurry duration increased to 3.5/4/4.5/5 seconds.
- Scurry: Duration reduced from 3.5/4/4.5/5 to 2/2.5/3/3.5 seconds.

- Incendiary: Burning Spear no longer reduces duration. Burn from maximum health reduced from 1% to 0.75%.
- Level 25: Bonus duration for Burning Spear increased from 4 to 6 seconds.
Invoker
- Elitist: Exort additional spell damage per sphere increased from 2/3/4/5/6/7/8% to 3/4/5/6/7/8/9%.
- Quas, Wex, Exort, Invoke: Application of these abilities no longer interrupts channelling spells or removes invisibility.

- Solid Core: Now also provides +20/30/40/50% resistance to slow effects (scales with Reverse Polarity).

- Level 15: Duration of attribute bonus for heroes affected by Reverse Polarity increased from 15 to 20 seconds.
- Level 15: Attribute bonuses for heroes affected by Reverse Polarity no longer refresh but stack.
