- Tame the Beasts: Cast range reduced from 700/750/800/850 to 700.

- Escape Act: This ability's effect can now be dispelled.

- Wheel of Wonder: Radius reduced from 600 to 500. Time until automatic explosion reduced from 6 to 4 seconds.

SAND KING

- Sand Storm: Radius reduced from 450/500/550/600 to 350/400/450/500. Duration decreased from 20/25/30/35 to 16/20/24/28 seconds.

- Level 15 talent: Damage per second from Sand Storm reduced from 25 to 20.

SHADOW DEMON

- Disseminate: Damage from current health reduced from 14/16/18/20% to 9/11/13/15%.

- Shadow Poison: Vision radius reduced from 400 to 300.

- Fowl Play: Duration of invulnerability increased from 0.75 to 1 second.

- Scatterblast: Cast range reduced from 1400 to 1300.

- Headshot: Duration of slow reduced from 0.5 to 0.2/0.3/0.4/0.5 seconds.

- Proximity Mines: Base charge cooldown reduced from 19/17/15 to 15 seconds.

TIDEHUNTER

- Blubber: Damage threshold for dispelling negative effects reduced from 500 to 450.

- Ravage: Damage increased from 250/350/450 to 275/375/475.

TIMBERSAW

- Base strength reduced from 27 to 26.

TREANT PROTECTOR

- Nature's Guise: Additional movement speed reduced from 12% to 10%.

- Leech Seed: Damage/healing per second reduced from 20/35/50/65 to 15/30/45/60. Now heals creeps only half as much.

TROLL WARLORD

- Level 10 talent: Duration of debuff from Whirling Axes increased from +2 to +2.5 seconds. Level 20 talent: Bonus armour from Berserker's Rage increased from 8 to 9.

TUSK

- Tag Team: Bonus damage increased from 20/45/70/95 to 25/50/75/100.

- Drinking Buddies: Additional movement speed reduced from 25% to 10/15/20/25%. Now, when used alternatively, range is 50% shorter.

UNDERLORD

- Abyssal Horde: Warrior damage changed from 18/32/46 to 20/30/40. Kill damage of the warrior reduced from 300/400/500 to 200/300/400.

- Atrophy Aura: Duration decreased from 35/45/55/65 to 30/40/50/60 seconds.

VENGEFUL SPIRIT

- Nether Swap: Cooldown reduced from 50/40/30 to 46/38/30 seconds.

VENOMANCER

- Noxious Plague: Minimum movement slow increased from 0% to 15%.

VISAGE

- Soul Assumption: No longer grants additional gold if the target dies before being hit by the projectile.

- Summon Familiars: Returning gargoyles' ability Stone Form is now interrupted if they use the ability.

WINDRANGER

- Focus Fire: Cooldown increased from 70/50/30 to 70/60/50 seconds. No longer allows attacks during interrupted spells. Damage reduction increased from 30% to 35%. Duration reduced from 9 to 8 seconds.

- Windrun: The invisibility effect from Aghanim's Scepter now dissipates along with the base effect of this ability.

WINTER WYVERN

- Essence of the Blueheart: Percentage of healing converted to mana increased from 20% to 24%.
