Dota is very unbalanced right now

Former member of the Western European team Tundra Esports, Roman "RAMZES666" Kushnarev, commented on the current state of Dota 2 during a personal Twitch stream.

He stated that the game is highly unbalanced at the moment, with no dominant core roles. According to him, all roles play a crucial part, and matches now last only about 20 minutes—either one team dominates or gets overrun. Additionally, he mentioned that there is no "dodge list" system in place.

Kushnarev shared his ideas on how he would handle Dota 2 if given the responsibility, particularly focusing on high-ranked matchmaking. He mentioned that he would update the ranking system, which he feels is currently in a poor state. He even joked that he and Afoninje would "patch" Dota and implement permanent bans for players involved in boosting match points, even banning them by IP.

Earlier during another stream, Kushnarev also speculated about Tundra Esports' chances of winning TI13. He reflected on whether they could have won the tournament or at least delivered a more entertaining final had they defeated Gaimin Gladiators in the semi-final. While he admitted that no one could know for sure, he believed their chances would have been quite good.
