Entity Manager: "We Asked PGL to Reconsider and Allow OG to Play with a Stand-In"

Entity Gaming's Dota 2 manager, Noah "Th3RealJP" Eigenheer, defended Sébastien "Ceb" Debs and revealed that his team had requested PGL to allow OG to continue in The International 2024 qualifiers with a substitute.

"We asked PGL to reconsider their decision and allow OG to play with a stand-in. We believe this exception to the rules is acceptable and aligns with the spirit of competition. We also wish Ceb all the best on his new journey as a father!" said Noah "Th3RealJP" Eigenheer.

On June 21, Debs was unable to participate in the match against Entity Gaming due to family circumstances. Alexander "Immersion" Khmelevskoy temporarily filled in for the French player. Later, OG posted an announcement about the potential disqualification from the qualifiers due to PGL's rules violation.

OG continues to fight for a slot at TI13 in the lower bracket of the qualifiers. They are set to face NAVI Junior at 11:00 AM Moscow time on June 22.
