Five Dota 2 heroes that suffered the most from patch 7.37d

Windranger

Following the patch, Windranger's win rate has dropped by 8%. The adjustments include:

- Focus Fire: the cooldown has increased, damage reduction has intensified, and the ultimate's duration has been decreased.

- Items: the cost of Arcane Boots has risen, and the mana restoration has diminished. Gleipnir is now more expensive, with reduced bonuses to damage, attack speed, and health. Additionally, the nerf to Bracer no longer provides double benefits after the 25-minute mark.

The reductions to the ultimate, which was Windranger's primary weapon, have significantly impacted her effectiveness. Moreover, the nerfs to essential items have lowered her farming speed and productivity during the early stages of the game, while her survivability in the mid-game has also been affected.

Ringmaster

Ringmaster's win rate has decreased by 6.53%. The nerfs include:

- A reduction in the base strength and strength gain.

- The application range of Tame the Beasts has been shortened.

- Adjustments to the Escape Act ability.

- The radius of Wheel of Wonder and the duration of the ultimate have both been reduced.

Although the nerfs appear minor when considered individually, their cumulative effect has lowered the character's overall effectiveness. Notably, the change to Escape Act, which can now be dispelled using Nullifier or abilities like the Shadow Demon's ultimate, is significant. Additionally, Invoker can extract the hero from the "box" using Tornado.

Kunkka

Kunkka's win rate has fallen by 3.56%. The nerfs entail:

- The duration of Admiral's Rum has been halved, decreasing from 10 to 6 seconds.

- The damage has been reduced, and the ultimate's cooldown has increased.

- Bracer has also been nerfed.

The duration of Admiral's Rum was a crucial factor in Kunkka's effectiveness within the meta, allowing him to avoid ganks and endure burst damage during team fights. This change has negatively impacted his survivability. Kunkka often began item builds with two Bracer, and the nerf to this item has also slightly reduced his durability.

Sand King

Sand King's win rate has decreased by 4.91%. The adjustments include:

- The radius of Sand Storm has been reduced, and its cooldown has been increased.

- The bonus damage from Sand Storm with the level 15 talent has been lowered.

The radius of Sand Storm at level one is now available only at level three, meaning the hero must reach at least level five to access it. The base radius has become rather small.

The shortening of Sand Storm's duration means that the hero will only achieve a "perpetual" spell (which resets before the previous one finishes) at the fourth level. Consequently, the tempo of the hero's farming and effectiveness during the early game have both diminished.

Mirana

Mirana's win rate has dropped by 3.31%. The nerfs include:

- Solar Flare no longer increases daytime vision, and its bonuses to attack speed and damage have been reduced, alongside a decrease in the effect's duration.

- Similar to Windranger, item nerfs have affected Arcane Boots and Gleipnir.

Mirana, much like other heroes with temporary buffs, has become less effective in battles due to the reduced duration of Solar Flare. The nerf to essential items has also hindered her farming speed at the beginning and her effectiveness in early skirmishes.

Patch 7.37d introduced many balance adjustments in Dota 2, affecting 14 items (including one neutral item) and nearly 60 heroes, including Invoker, Muerta, and Lone Druid, among others.
