Gaimin Gladiators coach: "Team Spirit retained its ideas, but changed its players"

The coach of the Western European team Gaimin Gladiators, Aske "Cy-" Larsen, shared his thoughts on the updated roster of Team Spirit in Dota 2.

Larsen remarked, “Team Spirit has an interesting lineup. It seems they’ve retained their style, and I believe they still have ideas about how to play Dota, even though the players have changed. So, it feels like the same Team Spirit. Of course, the execution might differ; they could play better or worse. We’ll have to wait and see. But overall, I think they’re doing fine.”

Previously, Russian esports player Nikita “Daxak” Kuzmin commented during his Twitch stream on Team Spirit's choice to draft off-lane Terrorblade in a DreamLeague Season 24 match.

Addressing the pick, Daxak said, “[Team Spirit picked off-lane Terrorblade. So, does that mean Daxak is setting the meta again?] No, they came up with it themselves. Do you think anyone would copy from me? No, that’s impossible. It’s never happened.”
