During a ranked match, esports player Bogdan 'Iceberg' Vasylenko expressed frustration over the amount of armour Monkey King has.
He commented, “I’m playing MK, and he gets an absurd amount of armour. The armour Monkey King has is just ridiculous; they need to fix it. Don’t you feel like Valve has completely lost it with the armour on MK?”
At level one, without items, Monkey King has six armour, which increases to 11.5 by level ten. The hero’s agility gain is 3.7 per level.
Previously, Yaroslav 'NS' Kuznetsov from Russia voiced his dissatisfaction with the Dota 2 developers' decision to remove the armour bonus from Crystal Maiden during the use of Freezing Field.
