Streamer and former professional player Alexander 'XBOCT’' Dashkevich shared his thoughts on the current state of The International during a personal stream.
Alexander 'XBOCT' Dashkevich questioned the likelihood of an online show match at The International, doubting that organisers would want to arrange such an event remotely. He noted that, as he understood it, only the English and Spanish broadcasts would be on-site, while the rest of the team would remain at home.
He also commented on the current state of The International, stating that it is no longer what it used to be and expressing confusion about the hype surrounding it. He mentioned that there is no Compendium or similar features, and questioned whether the current in-game event content (such as the third act of "Fallen Crown") was all that had been prepared for The International.
