"It's exactly the ESL rules," NS explained why he's not commenting on PGL Wallachia

Streamer Yaroslav "NS" Kuznetsov explained why he isn't covering the Dota 2 qualifications for PGL Wallachia. According to him, the rules emerged too late and they were literally copied from the ESL regulations, which streamers didn't appreciate.

"PGL qualifications are coming soon, but there are no rules anywhere. A week ago, I wrote to him [a Paragon representative], saying: 'Where can I see the rules?' <...>

Five days have passed, closed qualifiers are already underway, and I thought, let me see where the rules are. I Google it, and they're not there. He just sends me the rules, and it's exactly the ESL rules, where ESL is replaced with PGL." - Yaroslav "NS" Kuznetsov

On March 18, Paragon Events announced the exclusive partnership with PGL. The company acquired the rights to broadcast all of the operator's tournaments in Russian.

Earlier, ESL released new rules ahead of DreamLeague Season 22. Representatives of the community cast criticized them. According to streamers, a 20-minute delay and the inability to communicate with the chat contradict Valve's recommendations.
