"Let me explain: the admin should have either immediately given a technical loss or launched the lobby with the same heroes that the players took in All Pick. What happened in the end, namely a technical loss for banning a hero is a clown show of the hot price cap level."
Commentator Vladimir "Maelstorm" Kuzminov responded to Belov. According to him, it was technically impossible to rehost the lobby.
"All Pick lobbies aren't rehosted because it ruins the ticket in DotaTV. Admins have repeatedly told me about this. It's standard practice," said Kuzminov.
Earlier, Yellow Submarine made two mistakes during the draft of the fourth map against 1win. First, midlaner Daniil "erase" Ivanov picked Pangolier instead of Storm Spirit, and left the server allegedly without the possibility of reconnecting. The match admins rehosted the lobby, where YeS then banned Windranger, for which they received a technical loss.
