Team Spirit's manager, Dmitry "Korb3n" Belov, revealed that his team and Yellow Submarine rarely train together. They resort to joint scrimmages only in exceptional circumstances.
"There are no regular training sessions between Team Spirit and Yellow Submarine," said Belov. "Occasionally, we play scrims, but that's very rare. It usually happens only when Team Spirit needs a warm-up before an official game at 12:00 am. At that time, no one else is playing. None at all. So, we end up looking for lower-ranked teams. Usually, one of them agrees."
On June 16, Yellow Submarine advanced to the upper bracket final of the Eastern European qualifiers for The International 2024. They will face 1win in a match scheduled for 16:00 MSK on June 17.
