Analyst Rinat "KingR" Abdullin discussed the future of Virtus.pro's Dota 2 roster. He suggested that if the team fails at the Riyadh Masters 2024, captain Artyom "Fng" Barshak might leave.
"If Virtus.pro performs poorly at Riyadh Masters 2024, there will likely be roster changes. So, let's hope the team performs well," KingR said. "I think Fng might leave the team. He didn't inspire confidence during the qualifiers for The International 2024, but we'll see at Riyadh Masters 2024."
Earlier, Fng highlighted the main problems hindering comfortable matchmaking in Dota. He pointed out the disorganization of gamers and their poor hero picks.
VP will compete at Riyadh Masters 2024. They earned a slot through regional qualifiers and will start their battle for the title in the play-in stage. The club will compete for a spot in the group stage of the tournament, scheduled for July 4-21 in Saudi Arabia.
