LGD to Miss The International for the First Time Since 2011

LGD Gaming has been eliminated from the closed qualifiers for The International 2024 in Dota 2 after losing to team TURTLE with a score of 0:2. Detailed statistics of the match are available on our website.

For the first time in 13 years, LGD Gaming will miss The International (TI). The last time the team did not qualify for the tournament was in 2011. The organization has previously secured second place at The International 2021 and The International 2018.

LGD Gaming’s next competition will be the Riyadh Masters 2024, scheduled to take place from July 19 to 30 in Saudi Arabia. The championship features a prize pool of $5 million. The matches will be broadcast by the FUSSIRE studio, which holds the rights until 2026.

The Chinese qualifiers for The International 2024 are being held online from June 9 to 13. The participants are competing for two slots at the world championship. The first spot will be awarded to the winner of the Team Zero vs. Azure Ray match, which has already begun, but the score is still tied.
