Professional Dota 2 player Ilya "Lil" Ilyuk evaluated the changes made to Visage in the new patch, sharing his thoughts on his personal Telegram page. He noted that the new aspect for Visage appears interesting and mentioned that if Visage is seen as a support, it was his idea.
The developers introduced a new aspect for Visage called Death Toll, which allows the hero to gain additional gold for killing enemies or assisting with Soul Assumption.
Valve released the new patch 7.37 on the night of 1 August, implementing changes to the mechanics of damage blocking and debilitation, as well as balancing numerous heroes.
