Team Falcons' midlaner Stanislav “Malr1ne” Potarak criticized Valve for the changes to Sand King. He expressed his disappointment that the developers weakened this hero after giving him a significant boost.
“I think Valve is trolling us with these temporary buffs for Sand King. This has happened before and it's happening again: they revive the hero for just a week, and then they kill him again,” said Stanislav “Malr1ne” Potarak.
On the night of June 6, Valve released update 7.36b. In this patch, Sand King's level 10 talents were nerfed, and the damage from Caustic Finale was reduced, among other changes. You can read about the main changes of the patch in our news.
Previously, Potarak listed the best midlaners in the current patch. According to him, they are Storm Spirit, Shadow Fiend, Tinker, and Templar Assassin.
