Team Spirit's Dota 2 support player, Miroslav "Mira" Kolpakov explained how to beat Team Liquid. According to him, it's enough to ban 33, miCKe, boxi, and iNSaNiA's signature heroes and play smart against portal exits. Kolpakov commented before the first-round upper bracket match of Riyadh Masters 2024 between Spirit and Liquid.
"The first rule is to ban Monkey King for miCKe. The second is to block Oracle for boxi and iNSaNiA. The third is to ban Doom for 33," advised Miroslav "Mira" Kolpakov.
"The most important thing is not to die ten times after the 'five' exits the portal, and also to exit yourself. Don't whine, play well, and don't throw. You need to follow nine rules besides the draft," added Kolpakov.
Team Spirit suffered a crushing defeat to Team Liquid in the upper bracket of the Riyadh Masters 2024 playoffs — 0:2. Spirit finished 7th-8th in the event, while Liquid made it to the grand final, where they lost to Gaimin Gladiators 0:3.
