Former G2 Invictus Gaming carry, Du 'Monet' Peng, has joined the Chinese streamer TEAM TURTLE. He replaces Yang 'Chalice' Shengyi in the content creator line-up. Representatives of the Huya platform on Weibo shared this information.
TEAM TURTLE is a streamer team built around the original roster of Azure Ray. The players regularly host personal broadcasts and compete in local tournaments against similar teams. Additionally, TEAM TURTLE participated in the qualifiers for The International 2024, finishing fourth in the closed stage.
Monet represented Invictus Gaming, later known as G2.iG, since November 2023. During his time with the team, they achieved a top-six finish at ESL One Kuala Lumpur 2023, ESL One Birmingham 2024, and the Clavision Snow Ruyi Invitational. They also secured fourth place at the PGL Wallachia 2024: Season 1 and third at the Games of the Future 2024, before finishing in the 13th-16th range at TI14.
