Withering Mist: When the hero deals damage to an enemy, they apply a debuff for 5 seconds that reduces health regeneration, healing, and any lifesteal by 35% if the target’s health is below 40%.
Anti-Mage
Persecutor: Attacks slow the target based on their missing mana. The slow starts at 12.5/15/17.5/20% at 50% mana and reaches 25/30/35/40% when the target is out of mana. Slow Duration: 0.75 seconds.
Beastmaster
Rugged: Increases the chance to block damage from non-hero units' attacks from 50% to 100%.
Brewmaster
Belligerent: The hero gains +20% attack damage for 15 seconds after Primal Split ends and for 30 seconds after respawning.
Bristleback
Prickly: The hero deals 10% more damage to enemies behind them and their debuffs last 10% longer on these targets.
Earthshaker
Spirit Cairn: When the owner of this ability dies, a passable trench with a radius of 75 remains at their location, continuing to provide experience and vision.
Elder Titan
Tip the Scales: Allied creeps and structures under the effect of a fortification or Roshan’s Banner deal 100% more damage.
Ember Spirit
Immolation:The hero deals 10/20/30/40 damage per second to all enemies within a 175 radius.
Enchantress
Rabble-Rouser: All neutral creeps from camps deal increased damage to enemy heroes. The damage bonus is 10% + 3% per level of the ability.
Kunkka
Admiral’s Rum: If damage from the hero, a building, or Roshan reduces the hero’s health to 65%, they are covered with admiral’s rum for 10 seconds, gaining 10% increased movement speed and taking 20% delayed damage. The delayed damage is distributed evenly over 10 seconds after the effect ends. Effects from different sources of rum stack. Cooldown: 60 seconds.
Legion Commander
Outfight Them: Attacking an enemy hero with a higher level than the hero increases health regeneration, lifesteal, and received healing by 50%. Duration: 4 seconds. Triggers with each attack on heroes of the maximum level.
Lina
Combustion: For every 150 damage dealt to enemy heroes, they suffer from overheating, dealing 10/20/30/40 damage to their allies within a 400 radius. This effect can trigger multiple times per damage instance. Overheating on illusions deals 10 damage.
Lone Druid
Gift Bearer: The hero can change the assortment of their neutral token once per charge.
Phantom Lancer
Illusory Arnaments: Instead of additional damage, items provide base damage equal to 65% of the original bonus.
Templar Assassin
Third Eye: The hero and their allies can see Roshan's respawn timer.
Troll Warlord
Battle Stance: Allows the hero to switch from ranged to melee attacks, reducing their base attack interval to 1.4 seconds.
Underlord
Invading Force: For 5 seconds after teleporting, allied heroes receive 4/6/8/10% less damage and move 5/10/15/20% faster. The effect is doubled if the hero exits a portal from Fiend’s Gate.
Venomancer
Septic Shock: Attacks by the hero on enemies with debuffs from their abilities or plague totems deal additional magical damage for each such debuff on the target. The additional base damage per debuff: 10%.
Viper
Predator: For each percentage of missing health from the target, the hero’s attacks deal additional physical damage equal to 0.25 + 0.05 per level of the ability. This only applies to heroes.
Visage
*Lurker*: The hero’s ability cooldowns decrease while they are not taking damage. If the hero is not damaged, they receive an effect every 2 seconds that reduces their cooldowns by 2%. The effects expire 2 seconds after taking damage. Maximum effects: 10.
Weaver
*Rewoven*: Each time an ability is used, the hero’s attack range increases by 50. This effect lasts 7 seconds and stacks.
