The midlaner for the Western European team Gaimin Gladiators, Quinn "Quinn" Callahan, has formally apologised for his comments made during a Dota 2 matchmaking game.
"I want to address the situation that occurred. In the heat of the moment, I made a generalisation based on a poor matchmaking game, and I deeply regret it. I apologise to anyone who was hurt or offended by my words, it was entirely my fault. I am continuously working on improving myself and trying to be less toxic in pub games—this was a very bad moment. I am truly sorry once again."
Earlier, the esports organisation Gaimin Gladiators had released an official statement regarding the recent remarks made by their player.
