The second day of the group stage at the Clavision Snow Ruyi Invitational has concluded.
Results from Day 2 of the Group Stage at Clavision Snow Ruyi Invitational:
Group A:
- Team Zero lost 0:2 to LGD Gaming.
- Natus Vincere won 2:0 against Virtus.pro.
- Virtus.pro defeated Team Spirit with a score of 2:1.
The highlight of the day was Virtus.pro’s victory over Team Spirit, despite recent roster changes in Virtus.pro and a confident pre-match comment from Team Spirit's carry, Yatoro. The decisive map saw over 60 minutes of play, with Virtus.pro holding a gold advantage of 27,000.
Group B:
- G2.iG secured a 2:0 win against Talon Esports.
- Xtreme Gaming edged out Azure Ray with a 2:1 victory.
- Azure Ray was defeated 0:2 by Nigma Galaxy.
As a result of today's matches, Azure Ray has become the first team in Group B to be unable to advance to the upper bracket, currently standing with a 0:3 record. They will face Talon Esports tomorrow.
The Clavision Snow Ruyi Invitational runs from July 28 to August 4. Ten teams are competing for a prize pool of $500,000. Follow the tournament progress in the "Esports" section.
