The captain of Gaimin Gladiators, Melchior 'Seleri' Hillenkamp, shared his thoughts on The International 2024 in the team's video blog during media day ahead of the tournament.
He reflected on how much time has passed since their last appearance at TI, noting that while their second-place finish last year was impressive, it left a bittersweet feeling. The team had dominated up to the finals before being stopped. Hillenkamp expressed his desire to overcome that hurdle this year, pointing out that they had already proven themselves by winning the last major tournament in Riyadh. He saw no reason why they couldn't do the same at The International.
