"I've played a billion games on Pugna, and here are two super important items for her in the late game: Black King Bar and Refresher Orb. The first provides survivability, as you won't be killed by Nullifier. There's no point in getting Aeon Disk since they'll use Nullifier on you anyway. You might consider it if the enemies have a Lifestealer who doesn't want to buy Nullifier. In nine out of ten cases, you should choose BKB.
Refresher is needed to refresh your BKB and survive for a long time in team fights. Plus, you can place two Nether Wards. If you do that, you'll win the fight."
