Skiter hinted at who could become the Falcons' stand-in at PGL Wallachia

Oliver "skiter" Lepko, the carry of Team Falcons in Dota 2, revealed that an "old friend" might assist the team at the tournament. He posted a message on X.

"Tomorrow I'm flying to Romania. Perhaps, an old friend awaits me there, who will help us at PGL Wallachia Season 1." - Oliver "skiter" Lepko

Commentator Alexey "Storm" Tumanov also mentioned that the Falcons will compete in the tournament with a stand-in. According to him, the stand-in will be a player who won TI. Presumably, this could refer to Leon "Nine" Kirilin. Together with him, skiter won The International 2022 as part of Tundra Esports.

This is the second tournament in a row where the Falcons have to play with a stand-in. TI5 champion Said Sumail "SumaiL" Hassan substituted for Stanislav "Malr1ne" Potorak on the first day of ESL One Birmingham. The midlaner missed the start of the championship due to visa issues.

Earlier, PGL announced that Blacklist International and Tundra Esports would miss the tournament due to document issues. Their slots were given to Azure Ray and MOUZ.
