During the 22nd minute of the first map in the series between Team Spirit and G2 x iG, all players were disconnected due to technical problems. This incident marks the sixth such occurrence at The International 2024. In a similar situation earlier in the tournament, during the match between Tundra Esports and G2 x iG, Martin 'Saksa' Sazdov encountered a bug with Mirana after reconnecting to the game.
The International 2024 takes place from 4 to 15 September in Copenhagen, Denmark. Sixteen teams are competing for a prize pool exceeding $2.4 million.
