Russian esports player and analyst Khaled "sQreen" El-Habbash commented on the current state of matchmaking in Dota 2 on his personal Telegram channel.
He described the matchmaking as being in a dire state, noting that players are simply teaming up and sabotaging each other without any consequences. El-Habbash mentioned that some players write messages like "me+sigma = ruin" during drafts, get placed in different teams, and then intentionally throw games. He expressed frustration, suggesting that if Valve doesn’t take urgent action to address matchmaking issues, such as resetting seasons, it might be better to switch to playing CS:GO instead.
Earlier, El-Habbash also mentioned on his personal Telegram channel that he would like to participate in the BetBoom Streamers Battle 7 show tournament.
