StrangeR left Virtus.pro

Alexander 'StrangeR' Solomonov, the Dota 2 manager at Virtus.pro, has departed from the organisation. This information was announced on the club's official website.

The statement explained that in an atmosphere of mutual respect and trust, both parties discussed their plans and agreed that it was best for both sides to start afresh. The organisation expressed sincere gratitude to Alexander for his contributions, which culminated in the team's performance at TI12. Unfortunately, for various reasons, including objective ones, building upon that success proved challenging. Virtus.pro wished Alexander good luck in his future endeavours.

The club also announced that it would not be seeking a replacement for the vacant position. Instead, the decision has been made to replicate the successful management model used in their CS2 division within the Dota 2 team. This new structure will see daily tasks managed by a team manager, with strategic oversight provided through close collaboration between the owners, CEO, and coaching staff.

The current Virtus.pro roster is as follows:

- Ilya 'Kiritych' Ulyanov

- Ilya 'squad1x' Kuvaldin

- Evgeny 'Noticed' Ignatenko

- Vladislav 'Antares' Kertman

- Sergey 'G' Bragin (Coach)

- Artem 'Fng' Barshak (Inactive)
