Former OG player Tommy "Taiga" Le gave his prediction on the team's performance at the Riyadh Masters 2024 for Dota 2. He believes the team will draw conclusions from their loss in the qualifiers for The International 2024.
"I think OG can perform well at Riyadh Masters 2024. They are one of those teams that learn a lot from their losses, draw conclusions, and start working even harder," Taiga said. "Of course, it's harder for them to do this work because of the language barrier. Perhaps, in some moments, this disrupts their chemistry. But I am sure that Ceb will take everything into his own hands and lift the morale in case of problems."
"I think Yuragi in OG made and received good calls, but it seems Timado now looks better in terms of actions on the map," Taiga expressed.
OG will miss their second consecutive The International. In the regional qualifiers, the team lost to NAVI Junior in the third round of the lower bracket.
Riyadh Masters 2024 will take place from July 4 to 21 in the capital of Saudi Arabia. Participants will compete for $5 million. Eastern Europe will be represented by Team Spirit, BetBoom Team, and Virtus.pro.
