Team Liquid beat 1WIN to become Elite League Season 2 champions
1WIN faced Team Liquid in the grand final of the Elite League Season 2 for Dota 2. In the best-of-5 format, Aiden 'iNSaNiA' Sirkoi's team secured victory with a score of 3-2.
For their win, Team Liquid earned $240,000, while 1WIN, who finished in second place, received $120,000. BOOM Esports took third place, earning $72,000. Yellow Submarine finished in the 9-11th position, which earned them $24,000.
The Elite League Season 2 ran from 25 July to 4 August. The total prize pool for the tournament was $800,000.
