The AVULUS team expresses regret about the recent incident

The esports organisation World AVULUS has released an official statement regarding the incident involving Akbar "SoNNeikO" Butaev and Ammar "ATF" Al-Assaf at PGL Wallachia Season 2.

"The AVULUS team expresses regret over the recent incident involving our player SoNNeikO.

AVULUS is committed to the principles of fair play and respectful behaviour. We do not condone any forms of aggression, whether physical or verbal, under any circumstances.

We accept the punishment imposed by PGL and believe that the incident should be considered resolved. Competitions, especially at this level, require respect among players, and we hope that all participants will adhere to these principles as we move forward.

AVULUS continues to support its player and remains true to its values, placing respect and sportsmanship at the forefront."

Previously, Team Falcons also issued an official statement urging the organisers of PGL Wallachia Season 2 to disqualify the captain of AVULUS. Otherwise, the team threatened to withdraw from the tournament.
