Andreas Franck "Cr1t-" Nielsen, a member of Team Falcons, commented on the team's decision to retain their roster after TI13 during an interview at PGL Wallachia Season 2.
He stated that the outcomes at Riyadh and TI did not alter their self-perception. The team believes they could have won both tournaments and have identified their mistakes. Before the start of Riyadh and TI, they concluded that they would not make any changes. Cr1t- mentioned that they had prepared well, and no matter the outcome, this preparation would be beneficial since they had already put in the hard work. He noted that the results were not their primary concern, expressing that this is a good mindset to have. He emphasised that while they hoped their preparation would yield positive results, Dota is a game where even the smallest details can lead to defeat, and it is not necessarily about a player’s performance or issues within the team; sometimes, tournaments simply do not go well.
PGL Wallachia Season 2 takes place from 4 to 13 October 2024 at the PGL studio in Bucharest, Romania. The event features a prize pool of one million US dollars, which will be distributed among 16 teams.
