The Nouns team is no more

The former players of the nouns Dota 2 team have decided to part ways, marking the end of the team's presence in the professional Dota 2 scene.

According to Tahl "Fly" Aizik, the decision was influenced by the loss of organisational support, sponsorship difficulties, unsatisfactory results in recent tournaments, and internal disagreements among players. Fly expressed gratitude to his former teammates for their time together, stating in his Twitter post that the disbandment was a tough but necessary decision.

Under Tahl "Fly" Aizik's guidance, the roster first came together in November 2023 and underwent multiple adjustments over the following months. The team earned commendable results, including top-six finishes at Elite League Season 2 and PGL Wallachia Season 2, as well as placing 9th–12th at The International 2024. However, mounting difficulties arose, and on 1 November 2024, the organisation withdrew its backing. Continuing temporarily under the tag Atlantic City, the team managed to claim second place in the qualifiers for ESL One Bangkok 2024, despite the lack of stable support.
