Alemzhan 'watson' Islambekov from Cloud9 shared his thoughts on Tinker as a support during his personal stream.
According to Islambekov, Tinker is far superior to Rubick, describing Tinker as overpowered in the current patch and the strongest support hero in Dota 2. He highlighted Tinker’s effectiveness, noting that he can accomplish a lot in the game. On the lane, Islambekov suggested starting with two Circlets on Tinker, using Laser to harass and constantly applying March of the Machines to maintain lane control. He explained that with Tinker’s abilities, players can push the lane, block small camps, and push the big camps while staying in the lane. Afterward, Tinker can efficiently farm the jungle and defend the tower with ease, making it challenging for opponents to deal with him due to his matrix and healing from March of the Machines.
Previously, Islambekov had advised on which heroes to avoid picking for the carry position in Dota 2 matchmaking.
