Dota 2 developers have announced the release date for the third act of the Crownfall event. The new information appeared in the game client.
Valve will release the next act of Crownfall on "39th June," which is July 9. In the announcement, the developers played on jokes about "Valve Time" due to the delay compared to the initially anticipated release date, which was hinted at in the game after the second act's release—the message then read "end of June?".
What the update will include is still unknown. Players speculate that a new hero, Ringmaster, might be released with one of the final acts. It is also possible that the developers will release the compendium for The International 2024, but there have been no hints about this so far.
The second act was released on the night of May 23, 2024. It continued the story of Vengeful Spirit in her battle for the throne against her sister. In addition to the comic and lore, the developers also added new items and a treasure. Simultaneously, the game received update 7.36, which introduced new abilities and aspects for the heroes.
