During the break between matches on the final day of The International 2024, developers announced a new feature for Dota 2 — players will now be able to see who activated building fortifications during a match.
This new feature will allow players to view in the post-match summary who used the fortification and at what point in the game. The announcement was made in a humorous video featuring Canadian player Andrew 'Jenkins' Jenkins trying to uncover who and why activates the "glyph."
The International 2024 took place from 4 to 15 September in Copenhagen, Denmark. Sweden's Team Liquid defeated Europe's Gaimin Gladiators 3-0 in the grand final to become the tournament champions
