On May 25th, FISSURE, with support from BetBoom and 1xBet, announced the online tournament FISSURE Universe Episode 2 for Dota 2. The announcement was made through a press release and the studio's social media channels.
«We are excited to host an online tournament featuring teams from Europe and the CIS, joined by BOOM Esports from South America. The new Dota 2 patch has introduced significant changes for heroes, and we eagerly anticipate the strategies teams will develop. We expect thrilling matches leading up to the year's major events», said Dmitry Novokshonov, head of FISSURE Esports.
The tournament will take place online from May 27 to May 30, with eight invited teams competing for a prize pool of $80,000. Representing Eastern Europe at the event will be Virtus.pro. The full list of participants is as follows:
