Dota 2 streamer Janne “Gorgc” Stefanovski had plans to assemble a team to compete in the ESL One Bangkok 2024 qualifiers. He envisioned Ilya “Yatoro” Mulyarchuk as the carry for his lineup, but the world’s top carry player did not respond to his messages. Gorgc spoke about this during a livestream.
The streamer stated that he decided not to register Team Bald without Yatoro. In this scenario, Gorgc mentioned he would play in the off-lane. He also hinted at the appearance of a strong new team in the ESL One Bangkok qualifiers—a fresh but currently undisclosed roster.
During his break, Yatoro has mainly been streaming and playing Dota 2, participating in several public games daily. He also recently completed Black Myth: Wukong and had mixed feelings about the game. While he enjoyed the beginning and the final boss, he described the rest as a “bad game.” However, he rated the action aspects at 8.5/10.
ESL One Bangkok 2024 is set to take place from December 9 to 15 in Thailand. Teams such as Team Falcons, BetBoom Team, Team Spirit, and Parivision have received direct invitations based on the EPL leaderboards, while other teams will need to secure their spots through the qualifiers. The closed qualifiers began on November 15.
