A player is dragging Tundra Esports to the bottom

During the BLAST Slam I tournament, some interesting comments were made by participants regarding the performance of Tundra Esports. Ilya "Illidan" Pivtsayev, the streamer from Team Spirit, shared his opinion on the weakest player of the team, stating that Lorenof was the most vulnerable link:

"[Who is the weak link in Tundra Esports, apart from Lorenof?] Well, you could have said, except for four people. Lorenof. Without the exception. He doesn't play in the team? Why should I not take him into account? The guy bought  Refresher Orb instead of Aghanim's Scepter on Storm Spirit in the last game [on the third map against BetBoom Team]."

These remarks sparked discussions among fans and analysts, considering the significance of each player in the fight for the title. It's worth noting that BLAST Slam I took place from November 26 to December 1 in Copenhagen, Denmark, with a total prize pool of 1 million USD.

Meanwhile, Matthew "Whitemon" Filemon, the support player of Tundra Esports, spoke about the external support the team receives. He highlighted the important role of Ludwig "zai" Wåhlberg from Team Liquid, who actively helps the team not only in-game but also during preparation, as well as communicating with MoonMeander, the team’s coach, who continues to train them remotely.

"I think the fact that zai is with us helps. He helps outside the game, talks about the game, and also discusses the draft. But also, MoonMeander coaches us remotely. Sometimes, he sends us direct messages or discusses the draft with 33."

These statements highlight how various forms of support, both within and outside the team, influence the success and development of professional Dota 2 squads.
