The esports club Aurora Gaming announced a roster change in their Dota 2 team. Mid-player Artem "Lorenof" Melnyk has been moved to the reserve, as revealed on the club's social media.
Lorenof has been with Aurora Gaming since March 2024. During his tenure, the team reached the top eight in various tournaments, including DreamLeague Season 22, PGL Wallachia 2024: Season 1, DreamLeague Season 23, and The International 2024, as well as competing in other major events. Previously, the team also saw the departure of carry player Nuengnara "23savage" Teeramahanon and support player Chan "Oli" Chon Kin.
Rumours suggest that Aurora Gaming plans to assemble a roster featuring players from the CIS region. It is expected that Aibek "TA2000" Tokaev and Oleg "Kaori" Medvedok will join the team.
