BetBoom Team might disband their Dota 2 roster after The International 2024, according to former esports player Bauyrzhan "lilskrip" Bisembaev, who was banned for cheating in Valve's MOBA. He shared rumours suggesting that BetBoom could dissolve, speculating whether Vitaly will take a break or perhaps continue playing without Yegor for the first time in his career.

The International 2024 is taking place from 4 to 15 September. BetBoom Team finished third in Group C after the group stage but lost to Team Liquid in the tiebreaker matches. They will begin the playoffs in the lower bracket, where they are set to face Talon Esports.
