Bleed Esports signs Dota 2 major winner

The Singaporean organization Bleed Esports revealed on May 31, 2024, that they have acquired two new players to enhance their Dota 2 roster for the 2024 season.

Bleed introduces veteran Chinese midlaner Zhou «Emo» Yi and promising Mongolian position 5 support player Tugstur «Se» Dashzevge.

Emo and Se are set to replace Southeast Asian players Rafli «Mikoto» Fathur Rahman and Djardel «DJ» Mampusti, who parted ways with the team on May 30, 2024.

Bleed also released Rasmus «MISERY» Filipsen, a coach who joined the organization on May 12, 2023.

Emo is one of the most renowned Chinese midlaners, having spent the majority of his career with Invictus Gaming.

He was a member of the iG roster that won the ONE Esports Singapore Major in 2021, achieving an impressive 3-2 reverse sweep against Evil Geniuses in the grand final.

As of this writing, Bleed’s Dota 2 team is participating in the Southeast Asia closed qualifier for the Riyadh Masters 2024.

The top two teams from the closed qualifier will advance to the US$5 million tournament scheduled from July 4 to 21, 2024.

Riyadh Masters 2024, the third edition of the Riyadh Masters series, is the final championship of the second season of the ESL Pro Tour. Announced on February 5, 2024, it is part of the Esports World Cup lineup.
