Team Liquid coach William "Blitz" Lee commented on the victory over Team Falcons in the lower bracket of Riyadh Masters 2024 in Dota 2. He urged fans not to criticize Andreas "Cr1t" Nielsen's team for finishing third.
"Losing to us is not a big deal. The final between Gaimin Gladiators and Team Liquid is inevitable. Team Falcons had an incredible tournament. They shouldn't be criticized for being in the top 3 in the most competitive championship of the year," expressed William "Blitz" Lee.
Team Liquid defeated Team Falcons 2-0. Nielsen's team finished in third place and earned $600,000. In the grand final, Lee's team plays against Gaimin Gladiators. At the time of publication, the series score is 1-0 in favor of Anton "dyrachyo" Shkredov's roster.
Riyadh Masters 2024 takes place from July 4 to 21 in Saudi Arabia, with participants competing for $5 million.
