Collapse on the match with Team Liquid: "I don't even remember anything"

Team Spirit off-laner Magomed "Collapse" Khalilov summarized the match against Team Liquid in the Riyadh Masters 2024 playoffs in Dota 2. He believes that the opponents deserve to win by outperforming his team in several aspects.

"We lost to Team Liquid. I think it's fair. The opponent was simply better and faster than us. We understand that we've been playing very slowly and greedily lately. We're trying to adapt. We're trying to adjust our drafts to this, but as you can see, it's not working very well. But I think every loss is a learning experience. We'll take this experience from this match in terms of our drafts and gameplay."

"If I quickly go over the maps — the opponents just had better picks. They play faster. I don't even remember anything. We were just wiped out quickly," commented Magomed "Collapse" Khalilov.

Team Spirit lost to Team Liquid 0:2. They dropped to the lower bracket, where they will face LGD Gaming. The best-of-three match is scheduled for 7:00 PM Moscow time on July 17.

The Riyadh Masters 2024 takes place from July 4 to 21 on LAN in the capital of Saudi Arabia with spectators. Participants from around the world, including BetBoom Team, Tundra Esports, and OG, are competing for $5 million.
