Dota 2 August 9th Update

In the early hours of August 9th, Valve released an update for the Dota 2 client. The update includes improvements to localisation and fixes for an issue with missing Fallen Crown tokens.

Fixes:

- Resolved an issue where players were not receiving event tokens for the Fallen Crown and the option to update the candy store after games. Those affected by the bug will be compensated with their rewards.

Localisation:

- Added localisation for the submission form for talent bundles (autographs and voice lines) from the Compendium for The International 2024.
