Dota 2 Update August 17

In the night of 17 August, developers released an update for the Dota 2 client. Valve worked on game localisation and adjustments to cosmetic items.

- Updated localisation files for 26 languages, including Russian and Ukrainian.

Cosmetic Items

- Added an effect for the 2nd style of Immortal shoulders for Spectre.

- Updated the shoulders for Queen of Pain from the Collectors Cache 2018 set.
