Dyrachyo about Riyadh Masters 2024

In the podcast "KIBER VECHE #1," Anton 'dyrachyo' Shkredev from Gaimin Gladiators discussed his team's victory at the Riyadh Masters 2024 and shared insights on salary distribution and prize money within the team.

Regarding their win at the Riyadh Masters 2024, Shkredev mentioned that everyone was pleased with the victory, especially after experiencing previous losses. He recalled their first match against HEROIC from South America, which ended in a 2:0 defeat. This loss, however, was followed by a pivotal team meeting that seemed to boost their performance. They went on to win the subsequent matches decisively.

He noted that although their progress through the playoffs was confident, the final against Team Liquid from Sweden felt easier than expected. The team had effective strategies that worked throughout the tournament, leaving their opponents with little chance.

When discussing player salaries within Gaimin Gladiators, Shkredev revealed that salaries are uniform across the team, regardless of position. Prize money is also evenly distributed among players, the organisation, and the coach.

Regarding media activities, Shkredev admitted that he had reduced his public appearances as the team focused more on gameplay due to their lack of victories. He mentioned that he has largely limited his media presence, focusing mainly on their Telegram channel as the team prepares for upcoming competitions.

Gaimin Gladiators defeated Team Liquid 3:0 in the grand final of Riyadh Masters 2024, claiming the championship title and a prize pool of $1,500,000.
