Entity Gaming captain Dmitry "Fishman" Polishchuk reflected on the reasons for the team's exit from the Riyadh Masters 2024 playoffs in Dota 2. The team was heavily affected by fatigue. He also shared their future plans.
Fishman said, "We played a lot of Dota and were focused on winning. The atmosphere was good and working. We made it to the group stage, but the further we went, the harder it became. We didn't have any days off, so we barely rested. In the last playoff match, fatigue and pressure affected us."
"Most likely, we will have a bootcamp before TI13. The plan is to play a lot of Dota and try to fix the problems."
Entity Gaming lost to BetBoom Team in the lower bracket playoffs 1:2. The team exited the tournament, finishing 9th-12th and earning $100,000. The next tournament for the team will be The International 2024, which will take place from September 4 to 15 in Copenhagen.
Riyadh Masters 2024 is taking place from July 4 to 21 in Saudi Arabia. Participants are competing for $5 million. For Entity, the tournament was the first LAN event of the season where the team played in full.
